HAbe keine lust das ganze nochmal auf deutsch zu schreiben, aber vielleicht hat jemand hier (der sich mit VISTA auskennt) eine gute Idee!
PROBLEM:
Owner rights are not set properly whenever AIT creates a backup library during the conversion process.
(I was logged in as a user in Vista while performing the conversion)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I used the Backup copy to run another conversion attempt (after changing the region/language settings to English (New Zealand)). This time the conversion was successful, butnow my library is invisible in the file system of Windows. I can select and open it in the Open dialog of AIT, but not see, rename and copy the file within the Windows directory it is stored in.
When I open the properties of the lib from within the Open dialog of AIT I find in the security tab following information: "Current owner: unable to display current owner"
Changing the owner I was not permitted, I will try again later, when logged in a an administrator.
I will also upload some screen shots, displaying the Vista directory and the AIT Open File dialog, as well as the properties dialog.
Wenn ich mich als Admin anmelde sehe ich die Dateien übrigens gar nicht (also weder in AIT, noch im Vista Fenster) |
